Dazhen, Tongrang, Tonghuo Line and Tongliao New Zealand Railway Construction and Maintenance Project

Under Tongliao Works Section of the Shenyang Railway Bureau, using rail aluminum welding material of Beijing CRS Metallurgical Machinery Co., Ltd, which is widely used in the basis construction and daily maintenance. One of lines named DAZHEN (from XINLITUN north to TONGLIAO section) Built in 2011, total of 1820 nos. of aluminum welding materials. Lines of TONGRANG (from TONGLIAO to TAIPINGCHUAN section) Built in 2012, there are totally consume 7210 nos. And 3908 nos. used in TONGHUO line, which start from 2009 and finished in 2011. All joints are currently in good condition without excessive wear and tear.

All concluded that, the quality of aluminum welding materials from Beijing CRS are stable good, the materials can meet railway basic construction and can also meet requirement after train put use.
